I cannot change the direction of the wind but I can always adjust my sail to reach my destination. How time flies, I couldn’t believe that I’ve been living for the past 8 years in one of the most beautiful countries in the world, Brazil. Hey folks! It’s me Elixir Blanco, an english teacher, a chef, a singer, an author, a brand ambassador, an artist and now a columnist.
